1 pound spaghetti, cooked
1- 2 pounds Italian sausage, mild or hot
1- 2 quarts marinara sauce
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep skillet set heat over medium. Add sausage and cover with cold water until the sausage is 3/4 covered. Bring the water to a boil and then reduce to slow boil. Cook, turning occasionally for 15-20 minutes. Remove sausage and drain off water. Return to medium heat and add marinara sauce and sausage. Cover with a lid and simmer in the sauce at least 30 minutes but longer is better, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and allow the sauce to continue to simmer to thicken. Remove the sausage to a serving bowl. Add half of the sauce to the pasta and toss. Place pasta in serving bowl. Garnish with cheese and chopped Italian parsley.
