1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Divide dough to make long rolls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. If baking soon, place in refrigerator and let cool then slice and bake 10 minutes at 375. You can also freeze the cookie dough and use as needed.
