12 each Idaho potatoes large, washed
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne or to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon thyme crumbled
1 teaspoon oregano crumbled
4 ounces oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all spices with oil.
Cut potatoes into wedges and toss in oil until well coated.
Roast in hot oven until browned and cooked through.
NOTES: Try a variation with sweet potatoes.
