1 pound cooked grits
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
cup milk
to taste salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits according to package directions.
Add cheese and peppers, cook until incorporated.
Add milk and cook until heated through (over 165 degrees), adjust seasoning.
