1 clove garlic minced 2 T cider or red wine vinegar
1 t sugar 1 t salt
1 t dry mustard 1/2 t pepper (seasoned preferred)
6 T salad oil 8 c of crisp young spinach, hard stem removed
3 hard cooked eggs, grated 8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
2 or 3 green onions chopped fine
Fresh mushrooms, sliced "T" shaped
Fresh cauliflower, sliced "T' shaped

Directions:

Beat first 7 ingredients and refrigerate.
Prepare remaining ingredients, add dressing first before serving
