24 cups tomatoes (3 ice cream pails)
8 cups of onion (or use 4)
6 green peppers
2 red peppers
10 jalapeno peppers
2-13 oz cans tomato paste
4 T salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 T pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup vinegar

Cook together for 2 hours, stir often Seal in jars

If you have a electric roaster, it works well for this recipe.
