8 oz cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Whip all the ingredients together with an electric mixer until light and creamy. Fill a 9-inch graham cracker crust. (Refrigerate briefly before serving, if desired.) Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip and enjoy.

My husband and I lived in Alabama for awhile where we discovered our love of Southern food. Peanut butter pie was my favorite. This is my mother-in-law's recipe and it's almost as good as a real Alabama PB pie!
