2 1/2 lbs. frozen Swedish meatballs (IKEA)
14 oz. gooseberry jam (IKEA)
2 cups ketchup
1 to 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
garlic powder to taste (few shakes)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the gooseberry jam with ketchup. Add Tabasco sauce to taste. Stir in Swedish meatballs and coat well. Place meatballs in an oven-proof dish. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 165º. Note: This appetizer can be made in a Crock-Pot. Place the frozen meatballs in the Crock-Pot. Pour the ketchup and jam mixture over it; stir gently. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours.

I was shopping at IKEA one day and saw this recipe using 2 of their products. I took a chance and made them for a cocktail party. They were a hit and I have made them ever since!
