10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1 cup fresh parsley tops
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
fresh raw vegetables, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Drain uncooked spinach in colander, squeezing out as much liquid as possible. Put spinach, parsley tops and green onion in a food processor. Using the metal blade, process for 2 minutes or until everything is well-chopped. Add mayonnaise and Beau Monde, and process for an additional minute. Place dip in a container and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your favorite raw vegetables.
