2 cans artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Transfer into an oven-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
