"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 1 pound lump crab meat
* 1 large onion
* 1 green onion
* 4 cups of milk
* 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
* 2 cups chicken broth
* 3 potatoes
* 1 bag of frozen corn
* 2-3 celery stalks
* old bay seasoning (to taste)
* salt and pepper (to taste)
* 1 tbsp. ground mustard
* 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
* hot sauce (to taste)
* 5 tbsp. butter
* 2 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the celery & onion.

In a large deep stock pot, heat the butter until bubbly-add flour and stir (until it turns a light brown color). Add the milk, cream, broth, bring to a boil.
Add the onions, celery, potatoes, corn. Add all of the seasonings.
(Side note: when adding the cayenne pepper and old bay, add to taste) We love old bay, but some may not want that much Old Bay added.)

Once the above ingredients have been added and the pot and boiling, add the crab meat. Lower the heat and let simmer. I usually let sit for about 2 hours, then re-heat.

Enjoy!
