2 packages of cream cheese
1 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar to taste
6 thin slices of smoked ham (not honey, better flavor with very smoky ham)
3-4 scallions, cleaned and sliced thin.

Directions:
Directions:
Let the cream cheese come close to room temperature.
Slice ham in thin strips, then chop to 1/2 in. pieces.
Using wooden spoon, blend all ingredients together until well blended, put back into refrigerator and serve with cracker. Best with Wheat Thins or Ritz.

My friends in a group called the Saracens, refer to this as "Saracen Crack" as they say it as addictive as Crack and you can't stop eating it.
