Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flaked coconut
1 beaten egg
12 slices of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients in a medium bowl.
Spread onto 12 slices of bread onto an ungreased jelly roll or cookie sheet pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until toast is lightly browned.
