1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 can Grand Jr Butter tasting biscuits (10 count)
6 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
8 oz Velveeta , cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350

Lightly spray a 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray. Quarter biscuits and place in pan. Top with sausage, Velveeta and mozzarella. Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese and biscuits.
Bake 30 - 45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool 5 - 15 minutes.
