Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Oreo cookies
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 package cooking chocolate, Hershey's semi-sweet are the best
2 tablespoons white chocolate, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place Oreo cookies in a bag/blender and smash them up until they are the consistency of dirt. Using a pasty cutter, cut the softened cream cheese into the smashed Oreo mixture. Roll the mixture into balls, for size consistency I used a tablespoon, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Cover balls in chocolate then leave them to set up in the refrigerator. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, spoon into a small baggy, clip just a tiny bit off the corner, drizzle across the chocolate balls. Return to the refrigerator to set up.
