Soup:
10 cups Water
6 Medium Potatoes
1 Medium Onion
10 Peppercorns
3 tsp. Salt
1 Bay Leaf
1 Sprig Parsley
Star Anise to taste
1 Can Evaporated Milk
Butter

Noodles:
1 Egg
Pinch of Salt
Splash of Milk
Add Flour until dough forms

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put your 10 cups of water on to boil

2.Cut potatoes and onions and add to water

3. Add your seasonings

** Tip ** Put them in a spice ball to avoid biting into peppercorns and anise later

4. While soup simmers make your noodles, forming the dough and then rolling it to an even thickness.

5.Cut them into small rectangles

** Tip ** A pizza cutter works great for this

6. Add noodles to soup

7. Simmer until noodles cook through

8. Add cream and Butter to taste ( start with a couple tbsp.)
