1 large tomato seeded and chopped
1 medium zucchini finely chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced (chives too)
2 Tbsp fresh basil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 loaf Italian bread
Soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine tomato, zucchini, onion, basil and garlic.
In small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Pour over tomato mixture. Stir in feta cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut bread, butter on both sides. Brown bread on griddle or frying pan. Serve with Bruschetta.

Can use many options. I used dried basil. I also bought chopped garlic in olive oil, 1 Tbsp = 1 clove of garlic. I used garlic toast rounds instead of the bread.
