Cooking spray
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
1/2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. chopped chives
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 large egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.

Add onion and saute 2 minutes until crisp tender. Add ham, saute 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, stir with a whisk. Add ham mixture, stir with a whisk.

Spoon mixture in 24 mini muffin tins coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set.
