2 cups sugar
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups flour
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1/2 cup ripe mashed banana
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup chopped pecans (opt.)
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom and 1/2” up sides of 2 - 9x5x3 loaf pans, set aside.
In mixing bowl beat sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. In another bowl combine flour with soda, salt, baking powder and spices. Alternate between flour mixture and water, adding to the sugar mixture beating after each addition just until combined. Beat in pumpkin and banana. (Stir in nuts at this time) Spoon into pans.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
