1 lb. sirloin steak cut in strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 jar mushroom, garlic, and white wine sauce
1 (10 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 box linguine or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a non-stick skillet, cook meat and onion in 1 tablespoon oil. Add sauce and mushrooms and simmer until desired tenderness. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Spoon noodles onto warm platter. Top with beef stroganoff. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve with tossed salad.
