1 pound Ground Beef, Buffalo Or Turkey
¼ cup Canyon Foods Bacon Vinaigrette
½ cup Blue Or Gorgonzola Cheese
½ cup Heb Mild Pico De Gallo
1 tablelspoon Adams Reserve Rub Or Monterry Steak Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all items in a bowl and mix well; then form patties. Bake in oven at 400ºF for 10 minutes or it can be cooked on stove top. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for two minutes and add oil.

Pan sear burgers three to four minutes per side. Pour just a splash of sauce over the top and allow to simmer an additional two to three minutes.
