1 lb. hamburger
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. grated raw potato
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 TB oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add carrots, potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper into an oiled skillet. Cook covered a few minutes on top of stove, or until vegetables begin to soften. Mix soup and milk together and add to meat mixture. Place in covered casserole and bake, or simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over toast. *If cooking in a nonstick pan you can skip the oil. I normally prepare this in my electric skillet.
