1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
oregano flakes
garlic salt
salt
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 8oz can tomato sauce
3 tomato sauce cans of water
2 TB sugar
1/2 - 3/4 c. uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain. Cook onion until limp. Add chili powder, oregano flakes, garlic salt, and salt to taste. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce and cans of water, sugar and uncooked rice. Simmer for 30+ minutes or until rice is soft. Use tortilla chips as a base for the pile-ups. Cover with cooked rice mixture, shredded cheese, chopped lettuce, cubed tomatoes, olives, and top with sour cream.
