1 c chopped onion
1 c green bell pepper
1 T butter
28 FL Oz can tomatoes
4 oz mushroom pieces
2 1/4 Oz can sliced olives
2 tsp. Dried oregano
1 lb ground beef
12 Oz spaghetti noodles
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cram of mushroom soup
1/4 c water
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef then set aside. In a large skillet, sauté onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti noodles in a 13x9x2 pressed baking dish. Top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes or until heat3ed through.
