3 quarts crushed tomatoes 1 #10 can 7-11 brand
1/3 cup red onion diced
1/3 cup Spanish onion diced
cup jalapeno chile pepper seeded and minced
1/3 cup bell pepper diced
1/3 cup fresh coriander chopped
cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons garlic minced fine
1 tablespoon salt - or to taste
tablespoon black pepper or to taste
1 tablespoon ground cumin - or to taste
1 tablespoon chili powder or to taste
2 cups water or use tomato juice, as
needed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onions and peppers with tomatoes, add water or tomato juice to desired consistency.
Add herbs and spices to taste, adjust seasoning with salt.
