8 5 oz chicken breast no skin, no bone, R-T-C
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon granulated garlic
cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil with spices, add chicken breast and refrigerate, covered for 1 - 2 hours.
Grill (or roast in hot oven) until cooked through, 165 degrees internal temperature.
Chill rapidly (in under 2 hours) to below 40 degrees. Cut into thin strips for service.
