1/2 pound butter (2 sticks);
1 cup white sugar;
1 cup brown sugar;
2 eggs;
1 tsp vanilla;
2 cups flour;
2-1/2 cups oats (powdered in blender);
1/2 tsp salt;
1 tsp baking powder;
1 tsp baking soda;
1 (12 oz.) package of semi sweet chocolate chips;
1 tablespoon milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Grind oats to a powder in blender, mix with other dry ingredients. Mix dry into batter adding milk a bit at a time. Drop by tablespoon size onto ungreased cookie sheet bake at 375 degrees for about 8 min per batch. Cooking time depends on size of cookies.
