1 English Cucumber
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 cub water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Crushed Cloves fresh Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut English cucumber into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Place them in a bowl and toss with chopped fresh dill. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, vinegar, salt, sugar and garlic. Bring to a boil and cook 4 minutes. Pour the mixture over the pickles. Refrigerate until cool, about 25 minutes.
