Crust:
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour plus 2 Tbsp
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Filling:
6 oz cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered sugar
4 Tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Topping:
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
4 Tbsp water
1 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour. Roll in small balls and press hole in center with thumb. Bake at 350º 12-15 minutes (light in color)
Beat cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, flour, vanilla and pinch of salt. Beat well, then stir in coconut and nuts. Fill center of cookie.
Melt in double boiler, chocolate chips and water. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Place a tsp on top of the cream cheese filling.
