1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/2 lb Ground Veal or Pork
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
I Small Onion diced
!/2 + Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
3/4 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/1/2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cub Parmesan Cheese grated
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup chicken broth

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

In small bowl, add chicken broth and bread crumbs and let them set.

Place Beef, Veal/Pork and all dry ingredients into a large bowl, and mix. Your going to get a little messy (helpful hint; spray hands with Pam to avoid sticking). Once you have mixed all of meat and dry ingredients, add the bread crumbs Parmesan and continue to mix until all is blended.

Scoop up enough mixture to make a 1 1/2 inch meatball. Roll in your hands to make a tight round ball. Place onto a baking sheet and repeat until all of the mixture is converted into meatballs.

Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. make sure they are cooked though and though.

Once cooked you can prepare for serving or cool and freeze for future use.

When ready to eat, place thawed meatballs into your favorite pasta sauce and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Time to serve!
