Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water

Frosting:
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine or butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup hot milk (not boiling)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 5 dry ingredients. Then, add the liquid ingredients and mix well with a fork. Bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Dinkles Frosting:
Cream margarine or butter with shortening and sugar. Add salt. Add vanilla and milk a little at a time. Beat well after each addition. Beat for 5 minutes more.
