4 oz cream cheese with chives - whipped or softened

Directions:
Line large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a few heaping tablespoons of cream cheese in a separate bowl.

Rinse and snap ends off of asparagus at natural snap point. Dry asparagus in paper towels. On work surface or baking sheet, lay out pieces of ham and slice vertically in two. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each ham slice. (Rubber spatulas work well).

One at a time, place one or two asparagus spears on slice of prosciutto/sorrento and roll up diagonally so that most of asparagus spear is covered.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes until browned and bubbly.

Personal Notes:
Can also be made as a side dish. Don't slice the ham, and use 3-5 asparagus spears,
