4 cups thinly sliced, peeled zucchini
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups grated mozzarella. cheese
2 T. parsley flakes
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. basil
1/4 t. oregano
2 t. Dijon mustard
8 oz. can crescent rolls

Press crescent rolls into 9" pie plate, spread Dijon mustard over crust. Saute zucchini and onion in butter, add remaining ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
