4 lbs. red potatoes, scrubbed, cooked and cubed
2 T. olive oil
2 T. cider vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup plain yogurt
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 cup minced onion
1/2 cup fresh dill (1 to 1 1/2 t. dried dill)

Directions:
Directions:
Put cooked potatoes into large bowl, sprinkle with oil olive and vinegar, toss lightly to coat. Mix mayo, yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir in onion and dill. Pour over potatoes, toss gently to coat well. Cover and chill. Keeps well for 24 hours.
