1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla

1 1/8 cup flour
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, egg and vanilla, mix in dry ingredients. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Frost with vanilla butter cream frosting.
