12 oz. pasta
10 oz. baby spinach
2 oz. feta cheese, with tomato and basil
15 oz. black olives, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 cup Italian dressing
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 t. black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, rinse with cold water. Combine pasta, spinach, cheese, onion and olives. Whisk dressing, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Pour over salad and toss Chill for 2 hours
