1 1/4 cups butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup cornstarch
2 1/4 cups flour
chocolate or mult-colored sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Add flour and beat until well-combined. Using a rounded tablespoon of dough, shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll into sprinkles. Place on parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 10 minutes or until done.

Everyone loves these cookies and they are not difficult to make. Depending on the occasion, mom would often roll them in different colored sprinkles.
