1 standard bottle of Pinot Grigo
2 1/2 c. spiced apple cider
1/2 c. ginger brandy or ginger liquor
2 honey crisp apples or other firm apple, diced
2 pears, diced
1 c. club soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wine, brandy in a large punch bowl or other large storage container that will fit nicely in the refrigerator. Add diced fruit to the wine mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour but best if done overnight.

Transfer to punch bowl if not already. Add club soda just before serving.
