3# Sweet Potatoes
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Bag Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel & slice sweet potatoes, place in bowl (make sure they are
covered completely with cold water)
2. Place sweet potatoes in a pot, cover with water and cook over medium
high heat until done. DRAIN
3. Add butter, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. STIR WELL
4. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Dump sweet potato
mixture into baking dish & spread out.
5. Cover with marshmallows.
6. Place back in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the marshmallows
are golden brown.
