CRUST
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
FILLING
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, cut in butter and cream cheese like a pie crust. Mix together the rest of ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.
Place the crust in the small muffin pans making sure there is room for the filling, then add filling. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
