2 avocados, peeled
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lime, juiced
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. minced red onion
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and minced
3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, use a fork to coarsely mash avocados. Add the salt and half of the lime juice; mix until mixture is chunky. Add in tomato, onion, jalapeņo pepper and cilantro; stir gently. Season to taste. Add more salt and remaining lime juice, as desired.

This recipe tastes the same as the guacamole served in authentic Mexican restaurants. If you don't want it spicy, omit the jalapeņo pepper.
