Ingredients:  
1 lb. chicken breasts cut into strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chunky salsa
2 Tbsp. oil
8 flour tortillas
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
Or Cheddar Cheese
1 medium onion, sliced
Additional Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet or Wok, brown chicken in oil, stirring often. Add green pepper and onion, cook until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done. Add soup and salsa, heat through. Spoon chicken mixture down center of tortilla. Top with cheese and add additional salsa. Fold and enjoy!
