Ingredients:  
Quarter tsp. of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Half cup of cornmeal
2 cups of flour (wheat flour if available)
1 clove of fresh garlic
2 tbsp. Canola oil
1 egg
Half cup of chicken broth ( beef broth can be also used).
Half cup of carrots (steamed or boiled will do)
Half cup of chicken (or any poultry) (shred the meat before using)
Whole cup of mashed potatoes

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Combine all ingredients and mix though in a large bowl.
3. Spread cookie sheet over baking tray and spray and spray with a non-stick spray. Form small dollops of the mixture to make the cookies.
4. Bake for at least 20 minutes. Serve.
