12 sweet peppers
1 lb. hot dogs
1 can tomato sauce or a jar of marinara sauce
oil for frying
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Clean seeds and membranes out of peppers, slice. Fry peppers in hot oil, turning to brown on both sides. When done, remove from oil and set aside. Slice hot dogs into 1/4 " slices, fry until browned on both sides. Mix hot dogs, fried peppers, and sauce together. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 30 minutes or put in crock pot on low for a coupe of hours. Serve with Italian bread....yum!
