"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Mix the flour, brown sugar and butter with pastry blender until well blended and crumbly. Pat into lightly greased 9x13 pan (I use PAM). Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

Beat cream cheese at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed just until blended after each addition. Add sour cream, vanilla and 1 cup of the chocolate chips beating on low just until blended. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes, turn off oven crack open the door and leave the bars in the oven until the center is set. Cool on wire rack.
Microwave remaining chips about 1 minutes, stir after 30 seconds. Drizzle over bars. Cut bars while chocolate is still soft. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Store in refrigerator.
