10 flour tortillas salsa
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
½ onion
½ to 1 can mild green chiles
1 tsp. cumin (divided)
cilantro (to taste -- fresh or dried)
1 tsp. chili powder
fresh ground pepper
salt (to taste)
3/4 c. salsa 1 tsp. sugar
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
grated cheddar cheese (lots)
sour cream

Directions:

Brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Add chiles, cumin, cilantro, chili powder, black pepper, and ¼ c. salsa.

For sauce, mix tomato sauce, ½ c. salsa, ½ tsp. cumin, sugar, and fresh ground pepper and salt. Simmer until ready to assemble.

Pour ½ of sauce to coat bottom of pan. Spread tortillas with sour cream (1 - 2 tsps.). Spoon about 1/3 - ½ cup beef mixture dividing evenly among 10 tortillas. Top with cheese and roll up. Place in pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Top with more cheese.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until heated through.
