Salad:
2 bunches spinach
1 small head lettuce
1 purple onion, sliced thin
¾ c. Swiss cheese
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
½ lb. bacon, fried crisp (or pre-cooked pkg. kind)

Dressing:
¾ c. oil
¾ TB grated onion (1 ½ tsp. dry minced onion)
1/3 c. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
¾ TB poppy seeds
1/3 c. white vinegar (or raspberry vinegar)
1 tsp. prepared mustard (leave out if using raspberry vinegar)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss ingredients together with dressing OR serve dressing on the side after salad has been tossed.
