Lasagna Recipe

1 lb browned hamburger
cup chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
tsp oregano
tsp pepper
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
2 cans tomatoes
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 pounds grated mozzarella
2 TB parsley flakes

Brown hamburger. Combine with garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook and simmer 15 minutes. Cook lb lasagna noodles, drain. Beat eggs. Combine with ricotta cheese. Alternate 2 layers: noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 375 for 30 35 minutes or until heated through.
