1 lb browned hamburger
½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp pepper
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
2 cans tomatoes
2 ½ cups ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 pounds grated mozzarella
2 TB parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Combine with garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook and simmer 15 minutes. Cook ½ lb lasagna noodles, drain. Beat eggs. Combine with ricotta cheese. Alternate 2 layers: noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 375 for 30 – 35 minutes or until heated through.
