Frozen Peas
1 can tuna fish

White Sauce:
2 TB butter
1 c. milk
2 TB flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up carrots, celery, and potatoes until enough for a casserole (1-2 cups each). Cook in water until soft. Drain water and add frozen peas and 1 can tuna fish. Make a medium white sauce, enough to coat vegetables nicely (usually double the following amount listed above). Top with biscuits and cook until biscuits are done (check underneath) in a 400º – 450º oven. Yeast baking powder biscuits are good on top but could use refrigerated or other biscuits. 400º
