1 lb hamburger
1 cup grated carrot
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup grated raw potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup evaporated milk (regular milk works too)
2 TB oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper into oiled skillet. Cook covered until vegetables begin to soften. Add mushroom soup which has been diluted with milk. Place in covered casserole and bake or simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over toast.
